Thank you for purchasing a product from Her Step Collection. If you are not satisfied with your purchase of women’s footwear, we offer the following return and refund policy to ensure you have a positive shopping experience.

 

1. Return Request
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving the item. Please ensure the product meets the following conditions:

The item is unused and in its original packaging.

Include all tags, accessories, and instructions.

The item must be in resalable condition.

2. Return Process
To request a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Customer Service: Contact our customer service team via email (reachout@herstepcollection.com), providing your order number and reason for return.

Obtain Return Authorization: Customer service will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RMA) number and return address.

Pack the Item: Pack the item and all accessories neatly, including the Return Authorization number, to ensure smooth processing.

Send the Item Back: Please use a trackable mailing method to return the item to our designated address. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

3. Refund

Once we receive your return and confirm it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method.

4. Refund Timeframe

Please note that it may take some time for the amount to be returned to your account, depending on the processing time of your bank or payment service provider.

5. After-Sales Service

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt. We will provide you with free returns and exchanges.
